| - Went to upgrade three phones, add a line, the works. Josh the store manager and Alex were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Took a little time but left very happy. Thanks guys, good work.
I went back a couple weeks later to return one of the phones I upgraded, lease was up and had no need to purchase the phone outright. I talked to Josh again and he directed me to Jackie, a sales rep who could help.
All I said to Jackie was "I want to turn this phone in, the lease is up and have no reason to own it outright, can I turn in to you or do I need to ship it back to Sprint?" Jackie, chewing and popping her gum like a 12 year old replied, "You needed to make that decision when you upgraded your phone." Followed by a big sigh and a slight eye roll. Thankfully Josh was standing next to her while she was still sitting on her ass. Josh jumped in and said I needed to return it to the store on W. Sahara and gave me the address. Good thing my girlfriend was with me or would I have snapped on piercing in her face, crap attitude, unprofessional little miss thing Jackie.
Too bad one awful employee/experience can far outweigh the good ones. I don't mind the store, Josh and Alex were great but if you get stuck with Jackie ask, beg, plead for anyone else to help you. I think the door was more polite than Jackie.
