  • Beautiful designs and friendly staff. But, this Arhaus is very disappointing in regard to the execution of the orders. We had multiple furniture pieces delivered damaged and after contacting them, they brought replacements. Also, the orders will never be delivered on the time agreed when making the purchase. Expect delays and nonexistent costumer service! Its really a shame considering the very high prices! We have already bought multiple pieces from this store and have dealt with delays and issues, so we are very disappointed and will never order anything again.
