Easy scheduling. Technician arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgable. The repair was done well and quickly. The technician was very easy to work with and offered a lot of good information about the washer and dryer that I had.
The only issue was payment because the way Sears bills for repairs alerts the Fraud dept at my bank and despite multiple calls to the fraud dept of my bank and being told the payment would be allowed it was declined twice and I had to use a different credit card to get the payment to go through. After the repair appointment I had to make several more calls to my bank to ensure that my account wasn't frozen because of the multiple attempts that had been made to get the payment to go through. Sears should consider a different way for billing repairs to make it easier for customers and technicians to manage payment for services.
