  • I found myself wandering around First Friday when a hunger came upon my belly by night. I looked left, looked right... Aside from french fries and sorbetto, nothing vegan of sustenance was in sight. Just when I was about to give up, at the end of the dark tunnel of famish, a white light! I barely glanced at the menu board outside of the Left Coast Burrito food truck, but the word "vegan" screamed out! The Aidric is a burrito made with vegan hash, salsa verde, rice, avocado, and black beans. It was a hearty and nice sized burrito. $9. The flavor was good and it had a surprising amount of kick (aka spice). The lady (owner?) said she named this burrito after her son because he loves animals. Awww! Thank you, Left Coast Burrito, for offering this tasty vegan burrito as an option. You saved the day!
