Ever since the new management took over it has been horrible. I seriously can not understand how any of them even got a job in customer service when they are all rude as hell.
My toilet was broken it took 3 calls and a week and a half to fix it. That's ridiculous to me. Another time my smoke alarm wouldn't stop going off and I was not tall enough to reach to make it stop. I made sure to call right when they opened and they said they would get on it today. Of course I come home and that annoying alarm is still going off loud as ever. I called them and talked to Roxanne the MANAGER and she said it was not important and they don't know when they will take care of it. So I guess I have another sleepless night since that alarm is so loud and she says "well blast your TV and maybe you won't hear the alarm." What MANAGER says that to a tenant? Horrible customer service.
My lease is up in October and I can not WAIT to get out of this crap hole and the not have to deal with the rude people who work there. I would never recommend anyone lease from here unless all the rude office people are removed and replaced with people who actually care and are nice.
