Having lived in Colorado, I am accustomed to farmers markets galore. This one tops the charts at one of the best ones I have ever been to. My one qualm is that I do not like how there is one coffee vendor that sits at the front of the entrance with coffee. There are many more lesser-known vendors deeper into the market. It was still great coffee, but I didn't expect there to be so many other options!
I purchased a slew of items including low-calorie BBQ sauce from a Kentucky couple that was as sweet as pie....err...their BBQ sauce? Everyone was friendly and gave us tips on where to purchase the items when we run out if we're not able to get down to the market. Hint: AJ's carries this BBQ sauce I am talking about, but it's cheaper to buy it at the market! Such is the case with most of the items.
They have sustainable seafood and a variety of meats. I wasn't prepared to be doing my weekly shopping since it was a spur of the moment stop, but you could get almost everything you would normally pick up at the grocery. If you are hungry they often have a few food trucks near the front entrance.
There is a ton of parking available and clean bathrooms in the church dining hall that they make available to everyone. I thought it was fantastic of the church to host the market as they let them use indoor spaces for produce during the sweltering summer.
