  • I chose Home Pride Inspections on a recommendation, and I met Will Mitchell at the property I am purchasing. He was so thorough, and immediately went to work, looking at every square inch of the home as though it were his own. He even replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms on his own, and cleaned the glass on gas fireplace to show me how to do it myself! Will even demonstrated for me how I could do many of the little fixes on my own, saving me a ton of money. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly, putting everyone at ease. He used the latest technology to test out the appliances, the heating and AC, and didn't miss a single thing. What I loved best was that I could arrange my appointment online, and pay for it online as well - and his rates are so reasonable. I got a detailed explanation onsite, and my report was emailed to me the next day with clear photos. I've had inspections done before, but I've never been part of it in the way that Home Pride Inspections had me so involved! I feel much more confident as a homeowner!
