  • First time I went to Chez Claudettes I had the amazing New Yorker. The gravy had a bit of spice to it, and was delicious. My second visit, THEY FORGOT MY GRAVY. I am at a lost as to how they could forget gravy on a poutine. Since it was a to-go order, there was nothing I could do to fix it after arriving home.
