  • I walked in looking for a product and I asked a girl if they had it and she rudely snapped at me and said that only ulta had it. She walked away even though I still had a few questions for her so I went to another woman and I told her that her employee was very rude and she apologized and had someone help me immediately. He was much nicer and helpful. That girl ended up being my cashier and she was still very very rude. Awful customer service she practically threw my beauty card back at me and before I left I said to the girl that she was very rude and I left. I was very upset by this and I probably won't go back in that Sephora.
