I visited this place for the first time about 20-30 minutes ago. I am highly disappointed and will never return here again. Here's why:
1: I asked the lady to TAKE OFF LESS THAN HALF AN INCH of hair instead she WHIPPED OUT A #4 and zipped the machine through on one side leaving HALF AN INCH ON!!!
2: Within seconds I had to stop her once I realized what she had done but it was too late.
3: She admitted her mistake and I remained calm and polite asking her to just even It out. She tried but it didn't look even to me.
4: The most disturbing part was how she ended it. Didn't even say bye or thank you when I told her that my hair didn't look even to me. She went ahead and "rang me up" and as I was walking toward the counter she just went back to her station. She said bye reluctantly I kept saying wait, I haven't paid ma'am...she wouldn't say a word and kept repeating "bye, bye". She made a mistake, admitted it but was very rude at the end. I insisted that I must pay, had my visa out but she wouldn't even look me in the eye. I keep insisting and finally, I realized that I had $12 cash which I left on the counter and walked out!
This is bad for business and I hope the owner/manager gets my message that I left $12 on the counter because the lady attempted to turn this around on me indirectly making it appear like I wanted a free haircut! I was genuinely unhappy because of her mistake! The haircut is $13 but I will go back to give them $1 next time I'm passing by. I do not need a free haircut, thanks but no thanks.
