  • Called Martin to schedule an A/C tune up, he answered right away and explained that it would be 1-2 weeks before he could come out to my home. That was very understandable considering this is his busy season, however Martin called me back within a day or so and came out the next day to service our unit. Very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I have had other A/C techs come out to my home in the past and never felt that I received a clear answer on anything as I did with Martin. He changed a few things for us and even took the time to correct past negligence from other companies. From now on I will only call on Martin for any A/C related service requests.
