  • You people are a scam. I have to come to a store to retun my equipment and they scan my equipment when I check in but then I have to wait to see someone for a receipt. Which is just them trying to sell me something. I pay $200 a month for your service and just need to return my equipment from my old address, I don't need a damn upgrade. What I need is good customer service and not to waste 1 hour of my time to get a receipt.
