  • Boyfriend bought a laptop here. We were not asked once if we needed help and when we waited by the geek squad desk to ask about windows ten they blatantly ignored us and rushed another customer. We walked to check out and two cashiers at customer service offered to help us immediately even though there were about 10 people in the customer service line. After the female cashier pressured my boyfriend to buy Microsoft office I told her no thank because we get it free through school. She immediately gave me attitude and said it was a trial and I replied that it was not. She then rolled her eyes at me and said "oh you must be so special then"!!! So incredibly rude. The two cashiers also were talking to each other while they helped us and we heard them cuss several times. Just awful.
