This is by far the most disorganized store I've ever been to.
2 years ago, my husband and I purchased winter tires from them - Michelin xi3. We bought two sets - 1 for my husband's car and one for my car.
This past April, I went to get my winter tires removed and my summer tires put on as per usual. However, after they switched my tires, I noticed that my hub caps were in the back seat. I then went back to the store to ask them to put my hub caps back with my winter tires + rims. They said they would. Of course, I knew that they would probably get lost and recorded the name of the man I spoke to.
This past weekend, I went to put my winter tires on and of course they had lost my hub caps. I told them I spoke to that man and the manager said he would replace the hub caps with new ones. Fine. He then proceeded to explain that he found it strange that I was switching my summer tires for all season Michelin Defender tires. We told him that I didn't have Defenders but I had Michelin xi3 winter tires as that's what we had bought 2 years ago. He continued to adamantly state that my name was associated with these Defender tires. He then proceeded to look up the records and of course we did buy xi3s. As it turns out, 2 years ago when I purchased my winter tires, the serial code of the xi3 were the same as the Defenders and somehow I ended up with Defenders as my "winter" tires and have been driving actually all season tires during the winter. I wouldn't have even known if it were not for them losing my hub caps! They gave me new REAL winter tires as compensation but it does not make the sour taste in my mouth any better especially since I could have been in an accident in the last 2 winters and especially since I was pregnant last winter.
The organization at this establishment is absolutely atrocious. Yes, they "fixed" the problem by compensating me with new hub caps and new winter tires but these problems should not have happened in the first place.
