  • This was the worst experience I have ever had with atnt and I have been a customer since they were cingular. We went into their location on Shea Blvd where they did not have the s7 edge in stock. After sitting around for 20 minutes while the associate tried to locate a store that had it in Stock, trying to get ahold of this Scottsdale supposed corporate location and having no luck, we left and went to see on our if they had. This was a Wednesday night. Nothing special about this day. We arrived an hour and a half before they closed. We stood around for 30 minutes before anyone even addressed us. We had to speak to an associate helping someone else and he was surprised no one had taken our name down since we arrived. He took our name down and put us on a waiting list. We then waited on this waiting list for an hour! I sat there and watched and listened as that same associate who took down our name had a casual conversation about reality with a customer for 20 minutes after she was done purchasing whatever she was there for. When we finally were helped, they were ready to close. We refused to leave. This was unacceptable. When we were finally helped. We explained that we were there for the new s7 edge plus much more product. Planning to spend around $1000 in total. At first we were told the gear 2 would be included free. We agreed. The associate then came back to inform us she was wrong and that the gear would be $200. Then we were informed because she felt bad about our wait. The $50 charger I wanted for the s7 would be comped for free. When we looked at our receipt. Big surprise. We were charged for it. The associate also told us that the vr set would be included free. She then came back again and told us she was wrong. That ad had ended and it would be $100. She gladly told us a tablet would be included for free. (Something we did not want or care for.) It is unfathomable how this location could be considered a top corporate location. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from AT&T before and will never return this location and am seriously considering cutting ties all together with this company. If I could rate less then one star. I would.
