  • E&J came to fix a dishwasher at my place. It remained broken thereafter and another repair company came out and fixed it today. E&J stayed for less than 20 minutes. They said they cleaned broken glass out of the machine, but E&J did not even run a load to make sure it was working. I expressed concerns about this but they left anyway - further stating that in the future to make the machine work I would need to do this weird 3 part process that included (ie) running the faucet for 3 minutes before each load. The other repairmen I hired actually took the time to fix the machine completely - future hassles avoided!
