  • When I first arrived at Chanel, the employees raised an eyebrow as if they were saying, "I think you're in the wrong store." I would of expected the reaction as a teenager wouldn't shop at a luxury store. Anyways, I spent most of my time at the beauty counter and I often felt intimidated by the employees mainly because they were staring me down and looked like they wanted me to quickly make my decision and leave. Chanel is a beautiful brand and the service was better than a lot of stores, I just hoped next time it won't be so rushed.
