Wonderful everything, Love the amenities, loved the massage. You're allowed in/out privileges the whole day, which is really great!
My only gripe is that it's a pretty long walk from the Venetian side to the Palazzo side where all the services take place. This wouldn't have been that big of a problem, but the check-in person on the Venetian side gave me bad advice that cost me 20 minutes and a long walk in heels.
Since you're allowed in/out privileges, I loved being able to lay out with my friends at the Venetian pool, meet my husband for meals, etc. and then use the spa amenities before/after/in-between. At the end of the day, I had gone up to my room on the Venetian side to change for dinner and remembered that I needed to turn in my locker key. So I went down to the Venetian side of the Canyon Ranch check-in and handed in my locker key. The attendant at the check-in said that I needed to walk all the way back to my locker and hand in my robe to the Palazzo side otherwise I risk getting charged $100+ for the robe. Or I could chance it. There was no offer to have the service done for me or to call to the Palazzo side to confirm. So I walked the 10 minute walk to the Palazzo side of Canyon Ranch only to be told that I definitely could've left my locker key at the Venetian side and I didn't have to worry about the robe because it was in my locker. I was really annoyed and this little thing, that knowledgeable customer service could have prevented, turned an otherwise wonderful experience sour for me.
