  • Sheraton OH Sheraton you are the only chain that is part of Starwood that is in need of major repairs and overall makeovers. The front desk staff is friendly and fast but the rooms need major maintenance work done. Yeah the lobby is nice but that is all. The rooms look like time froze in the 80's and nothing else has been done to them. As soon as I walked in I checked the bed and sheets and took off the comforter and sheets since they had some stains on them. I had to call to get new sheets. My in-laws were staying in another room and I had to call so they could be moved since the room smelled like smoke. The front desk was nice enough to send the new room keys up. The second room that they were moved to was ok but the water in the shower did not go down the drain properly. Before heading out I called again to have this problem fixed. Upon their return to the room it was fixed yay for that. I also noticed that in both rooms the skirts of the bed had black marks on them. Would not stay here again, more like a motel than a hotel. Thank god I only paid 69$ a night if not I would have been furious.
