| - I'm moving into the area out of college and have been looking at different dealerships all week. NEVER have I experienced such bad customer service such as this one, at this Nissan dealer.
I walked in with a good attitude showing a Nissan ad that I found online, wanting to see if they can match a price. In fact, I came in the other day and test drove the car, and the sales guy said he could match this price. This current sales manager today came back at me and started making up many different numbers saying that the ad is fake. I asked him where he is getting those numbers from, and he couldn't explain it and tried avoiding my question.
It gets even better. His big boss came out with this horrid attitude immediately telling me to get out and go buy that car from the other dealer. He said I came in and started arguing with them which I have no idea how he came to that conclusion. I was trying to be reasonable and wanted a good explanation on the prices, but he kept telling me to get out. I read some previous reviews on this dealer, but thought I could give it a try because it shouldn't be too bad. I was completely wrong. Never have I seen a customer service experience where they don't even try to get the sale, instead, they scare away the sale and tell them to leave. No wonder this dealer had 0 customers inside. I'm also really curious to see how they are going to sell all of their cars on the lot with this kind of service. I even feel bad for the sales people working for that guy. Absolutely no words can describe this experience.
If you decide to go into this Nissan dealer, please take my advice and read some of the reviews about this dealer first. No customer should have to experience anything like that. I'm completely dumbfounded and will never be going back to this dealer, and I will be telling all of my friends and family to not go to this one. This dealer is completely ruining the brand image of Nissan, and I hope corporate or someone can take notice.
