rev:text	We were initially pleased with the location and cost and the at home atmosphere of the lab. Staff was always kind and courteous and was enjoyable to bring my daughter two there Saturday youth class. The coaches were great and she really enjoyed it. The reason for the single star review has been a long time brewing as changes keep being made and communication is poor. We were told to use Facebook and they don't respond when questions are asked on Facebook. I requested an email tree to improve communication which was receptive however we don't get emails when classes are canceled and you are expected to pay regardless of whether or not you show up. If we are only able to go to Saturday class and you cancel Saturday class and you don't give us time to make an opportunity for one of the weekday classes then we lose out on that opportunity because of the poor communication. Then to make matters more irritating, my husband had surgery and I was trying to freeze his account. They stated they no longer do that we would have to cancel so initially I did sign the cancellation form however in the same breath of conversation a fellow member mentioned a military discount for my husband and I said what discount? So the girl explain the discount apply the discount and I said don't cancel because if we cancel the we would be subject to new fees and the new pricing because they were moving and would be changing their pricing. So again I said don't cancel it would be more cost effective to stay on the old plan and if he wanted to go more than one day he could pay the $6 drop-in day fee. So my husband goes today as he is finally well after his surgery only to find out that they cancelled his account. The girl he spoke with even remember the conversation she had with me and remembered the other member mentioning the military discount however, she processed the cancellation despite the conversation that said do not cancel. So additionally between all of this we accidentally left her gi for her Jiu Jitsu class and no we didn't have her name in it but besides the point it was stolen from the MMA gym. And this is of course against the values and morals of Jiu Jitsu and martial arts which is supposed to be honor and respect and loyalty and discipline and self-discipline not steal and then also tried to say we miscommunicated when I never miscommunicated I clearly communicated do not cancel my husband's plan. There was no apology there was no attempt for service recovery she told me that my husband refused to speak to her manager after she offered it to him. When I spoke to him about it he said she never made an offer to speak to a manager. She did offer it to me after I wanted to speak to coach Crouch because it's his gym and I wanted him to know the quality of people that are working for him and running his gym. The disappointment is significant and not only did they cause us all of this irritation and aggravation when we were perfectly content we now have to find a new gym and be subject to new fees and new registration fees and put out more money to start over so they cost my child the gym that she likes the friends that she's made and what she's learned and losing the coach that she likes over the stupidity at the front desk
