  • My washer hose failed and I had minor flooding in the laundry and adjacent rooms. I found pinnacle from a Google search and they arrived within 1-2 hours and got right to work. They were courteous and professional. They removed the water in a timely manner and my drywall did not have to be replaced which was great. The contractors later said they did not do a good job of removing the baseboards and may have even caused very minor damage so I took off one star. Otherwise great job!! By the way I cannot comment on their pricing because my homeowners insurance covered their services and I never saw their bill
