I've heard amazing things about Kinton, and I was not disappointed. We dropped by for dinner on New Years and it was definitely crowded. We got bar seats within 15 minutes, and I'm actually glad we did because there was a bit of entertainment throughout our meal from the chefs, who yelled and danced every time they drained the noodles.
We all ordered a version of their pork ramen, which had some of the best broth I've ever had. You can add corn for some added flavour, but I think the original is great on its own. Definitely a solid choice for ramen in the area.
