  • Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism. As soon as my daughter and i stepped in the store, we were quickly greeted by jordan. Told Jordan what the problem i was having on my new note 8 and he immediately tried to problem solve it. After few minutes if trying new settings, he stated it was best to get a new replacement as the gray color tinge on phone was irreversible. The selfie camera no longer worked and i barely c an get any volume with any incoming calls. Phone is less than 6 mos old:( I was in/out store within 15 min with my replacemtment phone ordered and to be delivered in mail to me tomorrow. Hassle free! My previous experiences with staff at stores have never been less than accusatory when i have a problem with my phones. This store would definitely be my "home store" if I lived in vegas. They need more staff like jordan in Ca. Would be silly for Verizon not to groom this guy to one day manage his own store.
