  • I hand-delivered a failed external hard disk drive in June 2016 to the location in Edwardsville, IL (outside of St Louis, MO) and they were able to do a 100% recovery of all of my data, and mount to a new external hard drive, no problem. While their services were not inexpensive, they were very professional and kept me abreast of their progress in a very timely and professional manner. I had taken the drive to MacHQ and MicroCentre and both were vague about their process, success rates and charges and couldn't promise any timelines. Datarecovery.com was the opposite. Their fees were outlined clearly, they worked on my drive the next day and had the data back to me extremely quickly. I could not be happier or more pleased with their services!
