First and foremost, my stylist Alana is amazing. I have followed her around for over 10+ years. She's the ONLY person in Las Vegas I trust to cut my beautiful hair.
With that being said, I have to unfortunately consider going somewhere else. Swagger is under new ownership and within 5 months of taking over, they have increased the hair cut by 20% to $36. Listen, I'm not opposed to paying $36 for a haircut, infact I pay $50 for a haircut cause I tip Alana $20 every time she cuts my hair. But my issue with Swagger raising the prices, is that the facility is a dump. The chairs are old and broken. The paint everywhere is disgusting and faded. The towels they use to dry your hair are so old that they are falling apart and leave fuzzy pieces all in your hair. The caps they use are so short, I get hair all over my pants and shoes.
When your business name is Swagger, you need to step of your game. This place needs a complete make over and the owner needs to understand business and how it works. The customers pay the bills, and when you start raising prices without raising your standards, that's failure in the making.
