  • I have been to this mall a hundred times. And every time, at least ONE escalator is out-of-order. This is over a three year span, so far. As I write this, the down escalator from 2 to is out. Why can't this otherwise decent mall get escalators to work? This is slack and unacceptable. Get this fixed!
