  • We moved here about 3 months ago from Utah. We looked at over 20 different apartments in Henderson and Summerlin and Griffis was our favorite and we are so pleased with our choice. The apartment itself is so spacious and a great price. We are absolutely amazed by how kind and helpful the staff is. They go above and beyond to help you. I had to print something urgently and my printer was broken and a staff member in the leasing office printed it from her personal computer and even edited a typo for me! Its always clean and very quiet. The pool is beautiful and the gym is so convenient -- both of them being open 24 hours is a huge plus. The gates are always kept closed which was a necessity for us. The location is unbeatable, its such a nice area and its pushed back from the road so it just feels a little safer and there is a stoplight outside which makes it easy to turn left onto Sahara Ave. Seriously can't say enough nice things about this complex and have zero complaints. Thank you Griffis for being so amazing and making Vegas feel like home!
