  • I am so upset. Took my wife for drivers l knowledge test. Person who helped us her name was Miki. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We are Indian people and our last name goes by Singh and Kaur, We went to new urban and they helped us out but they didn't give us license rightaway. They needed original bank statement for documentation proof. But they still let us do the test.
