  • The AYCE weekend brunch is great here! I previously tried it at the location inside of Caesars Palace. It costs a few extra dollars at Mandalay Bay ($39 vs. $35), but it's worth the money for the ambiance, especially if you sit outside on a nice day, and the service. The servers are always super friendly here! Our favorites: -green corn tamales:filled with sweet corn -Steak and eggs -campechana: great to put on the free chips -Chicken and waffle: mostly the waffle--a delicate, almost cake-like crumb -parfait: nice way to end the meal (not too sweet)
