  • OK place to live as long as you keep to yourself. I was a resident for two years, there were multiple drug deals in the back parking lot as well as two teams(one man and little girl, and a woman and another little girl) who go around and click open car doors and steal whatever they can. The office staff are great when you first move in, but then will never return phone calls and are very rude when you walk into the office. They also do not accept paper money orders or checks, everything has to be electronically online. Pros: free water, a lot of parking, quiet on the week days. We also did not have any plumbing, heating/cooling or electric problems Cons: horrible staff, a lot of college aged kids, rules are not enforced by office staff.
