rev:text	do not! i repeat, do not ever take your vehicle to this dealership for any maintenance on your vehicle because they will try to fuck you at the end and the job will half done!! i've had my vehicle serviced by there collision center in mesa and at there dealership in avondale. worse experience ever!! no sense in urgency, half done work and the customer service is horrible. after having my vehicle repaired at there collision center for the past two months, i get my car back finally thinking all is well shit i think not, they gave me a list of problems wrong with my car that weren't existent before handing it over to them. just to receive my vehicle back they said i had to pay for a brand new battery (which was in good condition before) because the car no longer started up, my cd deck that was perfectly fine no longer plays(brand new cd deck), i just got a tune up and oil 3 months ago and they claimed i have no oil in my car whatsoever(so i had to pay for oil also)...there rude as hell while there on the sideline taking your money...then i brought my car back after they had for over 2months i had it for four days and already had a tire blowout which was "suppose"to be a brand new tire under warranty (but all my original tires were fine). i was told by scott eaton to bring it in so they could look at it in the morning. so i got it there by 9:00 am and got a ride home. he calls me a hour later and says the tire was damage so ill have to pay to get another tire. the tire has never been hit. so i said okay ill just pay so i can get my car back..two hours go past and i call him back about the progress he said he'll get back to me. never did, so i call back a hour later and asked about the progress once again and he says "we don't have that size tire, so if you know where you can find one you can take your car there" this has to be a fucking joke...my car sits there for almost 4 hours and i didn't even get a call, i had to reach out to scott continuously just to get answers...four hours for nothing and then had the nerve to have a attitude. i took my service elsewhere. got a brand new tired, installed within 15 mn....this place sucks, i wont even start about there collision center...
