  • I took my mom to dinner there to try it out and I left extremely disappointed in the service. I'm fine waiting 10-15 for a table but waiting an additional 15-20 for a waiter to notice us is frustrating to say the least, especially on an empty stomach. After a few failed attempts to get someone's attention we decided to leave and go across the street to chili's where we were really taken care of. Bummed I didn't eat at Trio but for me good service is a big deal when I go out to eat.
