  • Located on the outskirts of McGill's campus, Lola Rosa is the perfect destination for someone looking for a quality vegetarian meal. I got the burrito which was delicious! As someone who eats meat at every single meal, I have always been skeptical about vegetarian food; however I always leave satisfied when I order the burrito. The portion size is hefty and the presentation of the food is phenomenal. My only critique is that the food could be a bit more flavorful, however that issue is fixed when you put the hot sauce on the burrito. While the food I received was excellent, the service was not up to par. My friend and I were seated at the same table as a boisterous party of four, and when we asked our waitress to be seated at a separate table they claimed that the table was "reserved", however no one showed up to take the table the whole time we were there. In addition, when I asked for hot sauce for my burrito, I was told that it costs 50 cents, even though the previous four times I've been to this restaurant it's been free of charge.
