First time in a charter jet, but a great one at that.
I booked the night before at 8:30pm, got a ticket for $99 flying LAS to Burbank.
The next morning I left home and should have reached with about 20 minutes to spare.
Now in my case, my Uber driver had missed that building completely and we drove around, until I called JetSuite and luckily an agent picked up and told me where it was exactly.
The location of the JetSuite office (where the shuttle picks you up and takes you to the plane) is a bit confusing as there is no signs of JetSuite on the main road.
Turn into the 105 Building which has some non-aviation related business and go around all the way to the back side of the building and you'll see a JetSuite sign.
When I got there, the shuttle had already left. had about 13 minutes to go until my flight departure by this time. Luckily my Uber driver was awesome and he hadn't left yet. He took me over directly to the Atlantic Private Jet where I scrambled for a bit because again, no signs that JetSuiteX flies out of there.
To the far left is where you want to go!
I had 8 minutes to spare as I was met by a very nice gentleman and he walked me out onto the tarmac where a flight attendant met me.
Got on board and it was awesome! By far the cleanest plane I have ever been on, and I have flown business international a few times.
Got myself a scotch, and apple mango bar on board (several options included in fare) and had a super quick flight. Pilots were on point and the air stewardess was exceptional. Always had a big smile on her face. Wi-fi worked without issues on my cell phone.
Could not praise this company enough! The location confusion could be made a little more clear with pictures of the actual offices or directions in the confirmation email but overall, just an exceptional experience.
Thank you, JetSuite. You have changed the game and earned a new client.
