  • When I arrived at the counter to pick up my rental, the customer service agent was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. Never used enterprise to rent a vehicle prior to this time. The only complaint I have is that the weather that day was of freezing rain. I could not use my wipers on the windshield because they only made visibility worse because there was not any windshield wiper fluid in the vehicle. Stopping at the nearest gas station I was able to purchase and be merrily on my way. No complaints otherwise.
