  • As I write this, I have been on hold to speak with someone in the pharmacy for 25 minutes regarding a prescription that was supposed to be filled yesterday. No one has even picked up to ask me to continue to hold. No matter what time of the day, whether you call, go in, or sit at the drive thru, this is a typical wait time. I understand they are busy, but perhaps the manager needs to be told that so they get some extra help. It's not fair to keep patients, especially sick ones, waiting like this.
