  • After a couple of times drinking here, I finally came to have a brat! I'm bummed that I haven't come in for that before, because they're delicious! I had the Haus Brat and added onions & peppers and sauerkraut. I'm surprised they don't already come with sauerkraut, but you definitely need to do that for one of your add-ons :) We also tried the pickle chips for an appetizer, which were a little too salty in my opinion, but still really good. Theirs are light on batter and mostly pickle, so if you like pickle chips like that you'll like these! It also comes with a really good ranch.
