rev:text	My RO System i purchased there stopped working. The sales representative assured me the pump for the system was not working so i took his word for it and purchased another one. They shipped it and i hooked it up and it still would not work. So I returned it and had to fight to have the restocking fee canceled. I still had to pay $15 for them to ship the pump I was told to order. I asked if they could wave the shipping fee but they never contacted me.
