  • This place should be condemned. Most of the lights don't work, the escalators are always out of order and it is a total mess. The layout is brutal you can't find anything and half the stores aren't open when they should be. I was actually scared being in this building. I tried to talk to a few store clerks to ask questions but they brushed me off and wouldn't look at me. I finally stumbled upon the help desk and the security staff was pleasant. I will never go back. Literally the worst.
