rev:text	This place is what it is, it's a no frills Motel located just minutes from the Strip in Lovely Las Vegas Baby!! Don't expect the Wynn or Venetian, and you'll be fine, realize what your booking and take a slow deep breath, everything will be just fine. The place is not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, it's as bear bones as bear bones gets, but it was clean, my bed was comfortable, I had a flat screen TV that actually had a decent picture with plenty of channels, and I could walk to the strip in about 7 minutes or so. Hooters Casino is right next door, and MGM is across the street. There's a slightly higher class of bums and beggars hanging out in the area, they have a open sewer smell but it's subtle with a nice hint of moldy garbage! I have not really been bothered by them when walking to and from the strip, or even walking down Koval to Ellis Island for some delicious grub! There are also two yes count em two Liquor Stores right next door for all of your I Think I'll get drunk before I go out to puke in bushes on the Strip needs! For the price which is very reasonable, and the fact that there are NO RESORT FEES, this place is not a bad option when traveling on a budget, or you just don't want to pay those resort and parking fees. You can certainly do a lot worse!!!
