  • On the surface these look great, they are in a decent area. I like that there isn't much foot traffic as there is no shopping centers within walking distance. No problems with ghettoness. Hardly any kids running around and very quiet at night besides your cars coming and going but that's anywhere. So the pros for me. Washer and dryer in the unit, gym is small but gets the job in as I'm not super into working out just the running and slight lifting. The office management as of now Jan 23rd 2015 are awesome . There are a few great maintenance guys and there is one in Paticular who doesn't respect your request for him to remove his shoes , he's the heavy set white guy with glasses. Our unit is in a great spot Right in front across from the office also the mailbox is right by our unit which is also nice. OK the cons. 1st horrible insulation which causes your power bill to be high all year ,with the exception of spring and fall because it's nice enough to not need air conditioning. if your living here longer than a short lease expect to have the office number in your phone as you'll be calling for a maintenance work order monthly. The paint is peeling throughout the unit. The ac smells and we're constantly burning scented candles. But my biggest complaint is that every year they raise our rent. But on the other end offer new tenants discounts to move in. Just good customer service would be to offer your loyal tenants a discount or at minimum not change their rates. And also one thing that attracted me to these were they were strictly no pets allowed and now they are "pet friendly" I have a 7 and 9 year old who like to play outside and now with dogs crapping in all the grassy areas I have to worry about dog crap on my kids shoes. Overall we likely wouldn't rent here in the future, but if your going to rent here I suggest you get as close to the office as possible. And if your going into the back get a top story unit just for security purposes. Less chance of break ins. But that's common apartment sence. And I repeat those power bills will be close to 200 in winter and summer.
