I bought my car from Autonation and loved the service I experienced. I've brought my car back for 3 scheduled oil changes. With each scheduled maintenance I've gone through the same scheduling process, request an appointment through the My Chevrolet App and then receive a phone call from the scheduling people to confirm my appointment. Today, when I went in for my scheduled oil change I was questioned on whether I had an appointment or not, I was advised that I didn't have an appointment and that they would still take care of my oil change, but it would take hours!! Imagine my frustration when I went through the same process to make an oil change appointment and find out that my appointment wasn't even made. Now my husband and I get to spend my afternoon waiting for my car when it would normally take maybe 30mins. Usually love this place but as a loyal customer I am very disappointed.
