  • I'll start with the back story.. I was moving into a new house and needed a washer and dryer. I purchased a set from Home Depot a week before the move. The night before it was scheduled to be installed they called and said the set was on back order, and would be delivered in a month and a half... which didn't work for me so I cancelled the order. Checked with Lowes, and per their website they had the same set in stock.. so I ordered it for next day delivery... the store calls and says they have the set, but it's a floor model and they won't sell it. I finally called Spencer's and spoke with Chris, who was super helpful.. and actually beat the box store price. Had the units in stock and installed the very next day. Great experience and I'll definitely be back for my next appliance purchase.
