| - 1/7/16- Bartender: "You don't have a $10 off on your card."
Me: *shows him the postcard I got in the mail.*
Bartender: "Your McCraic card is not working. You should write to our owner and get a new card."
I never did.
I did however, return in the summertime, and came to find that my card, did indeed, work.
Same card. Hmm. That's strange.
Why didn't the bartender tell me there was a to go charge?
He charged my card without even telling me that there was a to go charge.
I was eating it there but wanted it in a to go box.
I had already paid though, so there was nothing he could do.
1/22/18-
Bartender: "
Me: "...?"
Bartender: *walks away quick enough for me to not even be able to ask what he meant.
He goes to the smoking session and does stuff on the computer. He eventually brings us menus*
Server lady: *Does nothing. Stares at us.*
O..Kay?
I walked out.

I've been coming to McMullans since 2010.
It hasn't been the same in a long time. A very long time.
I've been getting the $10 off your meal special for four years now, and elected not to use it for 2016 and 2017 because in 2015, a bartender lied to me and told me that my McCraic card was not working.
He refused to give me my discount.
I thought tonight would be different, so I made my way there after work to enjoy some delicious Irish nachos.
Nope.

3/15/18
Come in for a bite and a drink since I'm stuck in the area, and the waiter seems hesitant to serve me, as if I'm poor or something.
Ask him about pulling up my membership, and tell him about my situation with my McCraic card "never working" here.
He brings me a new address for the card form, but doesn't acknowledge me or it for forty minutes, instead talks to this couple next to me.
The only time he acknowledged me was to take my order, ask if I wanted anything other than my drink, and then to close my tab.
The heavyset bartender ignored me the entire hour I was here, but after seeing me talk to a waiter,
He then asked me if I had a to go order (I wanted extra compliments to go with my meal)
I had to tell him: lI had a waiter take care of it.
This is the first time you've talked to me."
My original bartender then came to talk to me ten minutes later and I told him that I had a waiter take care of it.
I can't believe how hard it is to be taken care of by the bartenders here.
The waiter did never get a manager over to me.
