Can I give no star??? Had an issue with my above ground spa and called my home warranty company and referred these folks to me. Mind you they were out a year ago and never fully fixed the issue and with promises to return blah blah blah never called or came back. The issue wasn't critical but it was lousy customer service that turned us off to them. I even called my warranty company and complained about them. Fast forward a year and there was another spa issue..called my warranty company and lo and behold guess who they referred service request to?? Yep. So I called the office and was told by some woman on the phone very rudely that they were moving to another office and call back Monday ( this was Friday)..Just like that.No offer to take my info and call me back..no customer service in my opinion. Since it wasn't a critical issue I called back 4 times Monday ...morning mid afternoon late afternoon early evening.no answers NO VOICEMAIL. Great customer service guys..how do expect to stay in business. I called my warranty company and filed another complaint, talked to their management about whoever resources out jobs needs to think long and hard about this company. I would not recommend. Oh an Update to this...my warranty company found another company to come out immediately, and the technician was beyond shocked at the "repair job" previously done..He said it looked as if they just basically put a band aid on a bigger problem and called it a day. This second company was by far so much more professional polite and knowledgeable and I appreciated their time and effort. Again, would NOT recommend Az Spa Technology
