  • 11/15/16 I had an appointment at 5:25pm...the store was mobbed when I arrived. I sat down with a worker at 6pm. I cracked my screen so I needed it replaced, it was now 6:08pm he said it would take an hour so come back at 7:10pm. I go back at 7:10pm....my phone still wasn't ready. The guy couldn't even find my name, apparently it was in there incorrectly. Once he found me by looking me up by my appointment time, he went back to check on the status of my phone. It's now 7:17pm he comes back and says it just needs to go under the heat so 15 more mins. I'm standing there waiting for like 20 minutes when Clyde checks on me. He goes back and tells me my phone will be out soon. Finally I'm leaving at 7:41pm and $161.81 later. Moral of the story DON'T DROP your phone on cement!!!
