  • Horrible at listening. I went in today looking for a used Fiesta (2013-2014) with 30-45k miles (basically 15k for every year old the car was). After an hour and a half of dealing with William I was finally showed a car - a 2015 fiesta with 15k miles. They tried to make the deal with that car and I told them it wouldn't happen and I needed an older car. I'm not dumb, I know how much I want to spend and what my payment needed to be but they ignored it. Wanted $175 per 60 months financing and they were offering me cars at $210 and 84 months. I had to ask for the keys to my car 6+ times and eventually demand they give them back before we talked further. They finally gave me a fiesta 2015 with 38k miles - essentially over double the mileage per year I wanted and newer than I asked. I had enough and left to which they called and said they could reach my numbers with the original car. Tough, I will never give this dealership business because they don't listen to what you ask for and just shove down your throat whatever they can make the most money on. Steer clear unless you are a fan of overpaying and wasting your time.
