| - Considering your demographic is an average age scrapbooking mother, it's absolutely ridiculous there isn't a cart or any option for a person with a car seat.
After I was done picking out furniture I planned on buying at the front of the store, I walk in only to be stopped by a Manager (supposedly the example of customer service) before I even had a foot in the store to be told I'm not allowed in because I can only use a Hobby Lobby cart and did I even try to fit my car seat in it... Yes, I did, and no, it didn't. Her response was yeah sorry, that carts too big and you could knock things over (because I plan on using the cart holding my infant to ram shelves) Ok great, let me drive 45 minutes back to my side of town and go to Michaels, who by the way has the same size cart as you but has enough customer service and common sense to understand I can't put my 4 month old in a loose shopping cart, and because of that, they continue to get my business.
For a company that is so family oriented that you're closed on Sundays, the irony of being kicked out while trying to shop with my family is a joke.
