| - The only great experience I've had is interacting with a couple people in the office. They were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, I absolutely can not wait until my lease is up. This place is loud, dirty, and outdated. From the tour it did not seem all that bad, but after moving in boy things sure did change. I know this is not the best area to live, but trust me I've lived in worst areas. People who live here tend to leave their trash everywhere and you'll always come across someone digging through the dumpsters. The trash at the gazebos are always over flowing and hardly get changed. I walked past one that remained the same, absolutely full and disgusting, for a week before it had been changed. Pet owners don't really clean up after their pets. The pool furniture is dirty, broken, and gross. Residents leave food and trash all over the parking lot. They also are always walking in the parking lot with their children. The property does have decent sized sidewalks, so this should not even be occurring.
Most of your neighbors here are eastern Indian and they keep to themselves and are pretty quiet. Others, are loud, annoying, and have no respect for anyone else. It doesn't help that your windows and walls are paper thin!
The units are pretty basic and nothing to be excited about. It is very nice and convenient to have washer and dryer in unit. However, all the appliances in the unit are outdated and not energy friendly by any means. The unit I moved in definitely had heavy wear and tear. For them having the carpet cleaned I am still vacuuming up nothing but black stuff everyday since day one.
I can continue writing, but I think you kinda get the point. I would not recommend anyone to live here. So much for "luxury" living. Ha
Update:
Although the people in the office are nice nothing ever gets resolved. Must be the management that doesn't follow up when they say they are going to. For this place having courtesy patrol they aren't worth a dime. Called about 5 times of a noise complaint at 2am and nothing was resolved. Had to call Phoenix PD. An hour and a half later I call the courtesy patrol and finally received another call back after my many attempts to contact them. Asked why it had not been resolved and was told they thought it was and they told Phoenix PD that it was taken care of at the front gate. In fact it had not been when I even gave them the building number. The dispatch for the courtesy patrol on the phone told me they were now off duty and to call back to Phoenix PD. No one ever came out to the building. Lovely neighbors here at San Valiente Luxury living.
